For example, the one thing that helps us get our carbs down is a little help from vegetables.
If you’re like me, you like to eat veggies all the time.
And it’s one of those things that’s easy to forget when you’re not hungry, so I just keep on cutting out those carbs.
And when you are hungry, you eat a lot.
But that’s not always the case.
You can eat less vegetables if you are eating more whole grains and nuts and beans, or you can add in some more fruits and veggies if you like that extra protein.
Try a little bit of protein with your meals.
It’s great if you have a busy schedule, but it’s also great if your eating habits are a little more balanced.
So for example, if you want to cut out carbs, you can definitely eat more veggies.
But if you feel like you’re eating less vegetables than you used to, that’s ok.
You’re still getting the protein and the carbs.
So if you think you’re a little on the low end, then start eating a little less carbs and start eating some more veggies and start taking in more nutrients.
