Women’s magazine is running a survey asking readers what they think about the future of tech, and it’s asking them what they would like to see happen in the tech industry.
In an article titled How Many Women Want to Work in Tech?, the magazine asks readers what changes they would want to see in the future.
The article has been shared widely and it seems to have generated a lot of interest among women in tech.
As you can see, there are quite a few different answers.
The majority of women say that they would love to see more women in positions of leadership in the industry.
In fact, a large majority of respondents (78%) say they would be interested in working in a tech startup.
The number who would be happy to have a more equal and diverse workplace is also very high at 84%.
Some of the comments that I received in response to this article are very insightful.
“I would like for women in technology to be recognized as equals and not just second class citizens,” says Sara Wintour, a fashion designer and author of the New York Times best-selling book The Power of Women.
“Women are doing incredible work. “
Women in tech are the future, but we have to do our part and take charge of our own destiny.”
“Women are doing incredible work.
We have a lot to learn from each other,” says Ashley Halsey, a programmer who is now co-founder of a startup that aims to make it easier for women and minorities to land top jobs.
“We have to take care of each other and our children, and if we don’t we will lose.”
“I want to do my part in this, but I also want to be a part of the solution,” says Lauren Leal, who is a software engineer who currently works as a software architect.
“Women have been able to be part of this company, to be the team, and to lead.”
The article ends with the following question: What are you most looking forward to when you get back to work?
The responses indicate that the majority of the women surveyed would like the companies that they work for to change their policies and procedures.
A large majority (87%) would also like to have equal pay for equal work.
And, surprisingly, a majority (56%) would like companies to change the way they treat employees and the work environment.
Here’s the full article: How Many Women Wish to Work In Tech?
– Women’s Magazine article A number of women in the United States are already making the leap into the tech workforce, and a majority of those respondents said that they’d like to work for tech companies.
One reason for this is that women make up a large share of the population of those working in tech: They make up about half of the tech workers in the US, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Another reason for a woman to choose tech is the gender pay gap: Women are paid significantly less than men for the same work.
In addition to these factors, many women in women’s tech are also finding that they’re not necessarily in demand in the job market.
In response to the survey, the magazine published a piece explaining the survey and the survey methodology.
Women are the Future, but We Have to Do Our Part Women in Tech are the #1 Job in the World, says Sara, a software developer.
And women are doing amazing work.
Lauren is a programmer at a startup and she works on her own projects.
We are proud of our diverse, inclusive workforce.
Ashley is a self-proclaimed feminist and is committed to creating more equitable workplaces and workplaces that work for everyone.
And Lauren is excited about the upcoming changes to her company, which aims to help women and people of color find jobs in tech and the broader tech industry, and who would like a more diverse workplace.
