We tend to play small, unaware of our true potential. Without us even knowing it. Without us being aware of it. We act based on our past experiences and beliefs about what we think is possible for us.

The danger is that labels can become a self-fulfilling prophecy if we don’t MONITOR and CHALLENGE them.

We all have thoughts like these floating around in our mind:

I AM..

..outgoing introvert extrovert.
..not good looking
..intelligent enough
..not good enough
..not strong enough
..not committed enough
..not qualified enough

Do you believe your “CHARACTER TRAITS” define who you are and what you can actually do and accomplish?

The truth is that there's a lot of OUTDATED programming that’s still lurking in your mind..

What we predominantly do is affirming old patterns that are still running from your childhood experiences.

Telling ourselves stories that this is “true”.

Repeating the stuff that our parents, teachers..

..and social conditioning in general IMPLANTED in us.

My CONDITIONING was that I’ll be forever shy, that I'll never amount to anything and that I'm not intelligent enough to achieve anything in life..

But now - I'm in a position where I've worked through a large chunk of these limiting beliefs and now can give back and help other people.

>> ALBERT EINSTEIN didn’t speak until age four and didn’t read until age seven.

Did you know that?

His teachers LABELED him "slow” and “mentally handicapped."

He just had a different way of thinking..

..and I don’t have to get into what he has achieved despite what his teachers implanted in him.

>> Where would you be in your life if you’d challenge those labels and go for the things you really want?

>> What could you do in your life if you’d be the person that is the REAL you, the one that’s boundless and not limited by labels?

The truth is that we’re very MALLEABLE.

Here’s what you have to do:

>> Start identifying where the limitation is and what you want to shift and then work on changing it in a way where you introduce behavior in your day that’s challenging you repeatedly.

..Introducing behavior that’s NOT overwhelming but challenging enough to kiss the OLD LABEL goodbye, once and for all.
